• •Virtual currency and items: The amount of in-game currency and the Virtual Items you have earned or own.
• •Purchase records: A history of your in-app purchases — such as the product purchased, a transaction identifier, and the timestamp. We do not collect or store your full payment card details; payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play.
• •Device information: Device type, operating system version, language, unique device identifiers, and general usage data.
• •Analytics and diagnostics: Anonymous usage statistics and crash reports that help us understand how the Games are used and fix problems.

We use your data to:

• •Provide the Games, create and secure your account, and save and synchronize your progress across devices.
• •Operate game features such as leaderboards, high scores, and achievements.
• •Process, verify, and restore your in-app purchases and Virtual Items.
• •Detect, prevent, and address cheating, fraud, abuse, and security issues.
• •Communicate with you about updates, changes, or support requests.
• •Analyze and improve the performance, stability, and design of our Games.

We do not sell your personal information. Where a Game shows advertisements, this Privacy Policy will be supplemented by information about the ad provider used in that specific Game.

We process your personal data only when we have a legal basis to do so under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This may include:

• •Performance of a contract — for example, providing access to your account, saving your progress, and delivering in-app purchases you make.
• •Your consent — for example, where you opt in to optional analytics or personalized advertising.
• •Our legitimate interests — for example, securing the Games, preventing fraud and cheating, and improving and analyzing our products.
• •Compliance with legal obligations — for example, responding to lawful requests from authorities and keeping records of transactions.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share data only with trusted third-party service providers that help us operate the Games, and only to the extent necessary, including:

• •Google and Apple — for account sign-in (Sign in with Google / Sign in with Apple) and for processing in-app purchases through Google Play and the Apple App Store.
• •Cloud hosting and database providers — to store your account and game data securely.
• •Analytics and crash-reporting providers — to help us measure usage and diagnose problems.

These providers are bound by data-protection and confidentiality obligations and may only use your information for the purposes we specify. We may also disclose data when required by law or to protect our legal rights, safety, or property and that of our users.

We take the security of your data seriously. Communication between your device and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS (TLS). We apply access controls, follow security best practices, and limit access to personal data to a small number of authorized personnel. While we strive to protect your data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your personal data is stored on secure servers located within the European Union (Amsterdam, Netherlands). Some of the third-party services we use, such as analytics and crash-reporting tools, may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards — such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses — to protect your data.

You have control over your personal data. Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to withdraw any consent you have given. You can manage many preferences directly in the Game's settings or in your device settings (for example, advertising and tracking preferences). You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@greasyapps.com with the name of the app and your username and/or email address. Step-by-step instructions are available on our account deletion page. We will comply without undue delay and within 28 days of the initial request. This period may be extended by up to two additional months if the request is complex or if multiple requests have been made. Please note that account deletion is irreversible and will permanently remove your game progress, high scores, and any unused Virtual Items. Records we are required to keep for legal or accounting purposes (such as proof of purchase) may be retained as required by law.

Our Games are not directed to children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country, you may only use our Games with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian. If you believe we have unintentionally collected personal data from a child under 16 without appropriate consent, please contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you through the relevant Game, by email, or by other appropriate means. The "Last updated" date at the bottom of this page indicates when this policy was last revised.
