How to permanently delete your Greasy Apps game account and data
Greasy Apps lets you request deletion of your account and the personal data associated with any of our games at any time. Because our games use Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple to create accounts, deletion is handled by us directly on request. Just send us a short email and we will take care of the rest.
Send an email to support@greasyapps.com from any email address, and include the information below so we can find and remove the correct account.
Please tell us:
Providing your username and the email you signed in with helps us locate your account quickly and confirm the request is genuinely yours.
We will process your request without undue delay and within 28 days of receiving it. This period may be extended by up to two additional months if the request is particularly complex, in which case we will let you know.
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. It will remove your account along with associated data such as your game progress, high scores, and any unused in-game currency or virtual items. Records we are legally required to keep — for example, proof of purchase for in-app purchases — may be retained for as long as the law requires.
